Alane kept us informed stayed in verbal contact was receptive to our wants and what we didn't want very knowledgeable on locations property values and she was just fun to be with on professional level

Alane Legrand was absolutely fantastic, she is honestly indescribable but I am going to try. She is one of the most understanding, caring, nicest and genuine person you will ever meet. During one showing we had tracked in some mud from outside. Alane was on her knees wiping the mud out of the carpet with her sock.

If a house we mentioned was a little too much or not enough, or was in a bad area, she mentioned all of that upfront but still offered to show it anyway.

I cannot say enough about Alane, she was absolutely positively spectacular. It was a blessing and a privilege to work with her. She met every need, answered every question, provided outstanding recommendations in various ways like inspectors and whatnot, she was just fantastic.

She was a wealth of knowledge in every single way and her way of doing business was extremely effective. Her interactions with seller agents, her relationships with them and lenders, everything. She is absolutely awesome!

I have bought and sold many houses throughout my life in a multitude of states. I have never had an agent that had the attention to detail that she had in every ascpet of the purchase.
